Growing Up

It's finally happening. Two things...

It's no secret at this point that for the last few months I have been pretty aimless and my apathy level is through the roof. But tomorrow I am applying for the front end manager position at OD. It's not in my field, not what I went to college for, not even something I really want to do. But it's something. I can't just hang out forever. Who knows, I probably won't get it, but at least it LOOKS like I'm doing something about my future.

Secondly, I have a full time job now working at Heritage Lakes Academy. They've been trying to get me for the last four months but because I was working for LPS I did not want to stop subbing. But Julie Called me yesterday, I went in and looked at my classroom, met some of the kids, and basically the job is mine. I'll be full time there and part time at Office Depot. And who knows, if I like it for the summer, maybe I will stay on full time there in the fall, and quit OD. It all comes down to the money, so we'll see what happens.
